2010 Walk / Run

1. WE WILL AGAIN TAKE T-SHIRT DESIGNS FOR THE
MLASG WALK/RUN TO BE HELD MAY 22, 2010 at The
Running Aces Horse Track. MLASG will actually have
one child design and one adult design, so let those
creative juices flow. You can submit as many designs as
you wish. T-shirt designs should be turned in to MLASG
no later than March 20, 2010 either by e-mail:

Join us for the 4th annual 5K Walk/Run to Raise Awareness and Fund Educational Programs
of Minnesota Lyme Action Support Group.

This year’s 5K will be held at Running Aces Harness Park, on a groomed oval track of crushed
limestone. On-site registration begins at 10:00 am., with the 5K starting at 11:00 am.

Arrive early to cheer on the horses and their drivers as they attempt to qualify for the first
harness race of the season, with photo opportunities right at the finish line! Donation wagers
will be accepted on the harness races, with great prizes for the winning “bets”. All money goes
directly to MLASG activities fund. Harness races begin at 9:00 am.

Sponsors who donate $1,000 or more can have a harness race named after them.

The Running Aces concessions will be open, with reasonably-priced breakfast and lunch options available. Other local
vendors and info tables will also be on site.

MN Lyme Action Support Group is a nonprofit organization dedicated to educating the public and health professionals about
Lyme disease and other tick-borne illnesses. Early registration is strongly encouraged.
