The MLASG is an all-volunteer 501(c)(3) organization that promotes education and prevention of Lyme disease.
With the work on legislation/MN medical board resolution satisfactorily completed, MLASG turns its attention to our big fundraising event, the annual 5K Walk/Run on May 22! That's a short 9 weeks away! The money we bring in from this event will sustain the group for another year, helping us to bring in national speakers, print brochures, and host events, such as the "Under Our Skin" event at the Oak Street Cinema last November. We need your help.
Individual registration form with pledge sheet. This is the form that each of you can use to gather pledges. Get $100 worth of pledges and get a free t-shirt and free registration for the 5K; bundle $500 and we'll also print your (or your family or team) name on the event t-shirt. On the home page of mlasg.com is a list of the activities that we carry out throughout the year - use that list when talking about the group and why monetary support is vital. Also talk about the support and educational benefits you have personally received, and why the group is important to you.
Sponsorship Send the sponsor letter and application (via email or snail mail) or drop it off to any business you think would be interested in contributing to the event/MLASG AND/OR having a vendor booth at the event.
